How to Contact Customer Service:
Due to the high volume of email/mail filtering systems (especially at AOL, Yahoo, Comcast) we have switched to a help desk requiring registration to ensure our responses reach customers.

Click the register icon to create an account instantly. Make sure to write down your user name and password. After registering click "submit ticket." You will receive a ticket number and a confirmation email. (Make sure to check your SPAM folder if you do not receive this.) You can login at any time to view the status of your ticket, our response, or view previous help tickets.


Customer Service Response Times:
